Biker Girls....

Paiyton and Uncle Joe Emmah and Uncle Joe Uncle Joe and Aunt Dawn are the BEST. Paiyton and Emmah adore them so very much. Joe and Dawn are our Best Friends and are such a great example of how to be Godly parents. (They have two boys, Kyle and Max). Paiyton always wants to know where they are and when she can go back to their house. We were over visiting in June and Joe asked Paiyton if she wanted to go for a Motorcycle ride, well he didn't have to ask that twice. Aunt Dawn went to get some socks for her legs so that they wouldn't get burned and off they went. I have lots of pictures but it is to many to post. Once Paiyton was done it was Emmah's turn, the socks were too funny on Emmah as you can see they went to her hips. Uncle Joe you are the ONLY one I would let take my babies on a Motorcycle ride (other than Daddy of coarse). We Love you Uncle Joe and Aunt Dawn! I can't walk.... Emmah and Aunt Dawn

Emmah's First Hair Cut....

My sweet little Emmah Grace is getting her first hair cut in this picture. My sweet girl still doesn't have much hair but was in need of a evening up due to the hair cut her sister had given her a couple months earlier. So actually Paiyton gave Emmah her first hair cut...... Both the girls love to go see Anita and get their hair done. I love you Nita your awesome. I can't believe it's been 10 years already. I have always told everyone that if I could fly to Anita every time I needed my hair done I would do it (when I was living in Va Beach) now I don't have to. The Carlton Girls will see you soon Nita!

Memeorial Day Parade.....

This last Memorial Day was a bit different for me as you know from my post back in June. We had a great time though back here at home for the Parade. I always attended as a kid every year. Paiyton and Emmah loved it to, all though the candy they throw from floats may have something to do with that.

Wanna Play Some Football......

This was taken up in Michigan beginning of June playing out side at Grandma and Papa's house. Tim and I were laughing hysterically at her while she was trying to play with the football and keep the bike helmet (that was way to big) on her head. She is our little comic.....always has us all laughing. My sweet little monkey.

I Enjoy Being a Girl....

Ok, so I am now starting to play catch up, so I apologize for all the posts that are all at once. Paiyton's Dance recital was June 21st in Virginia Beach at the New performing Arts Center. She Love loves loves to go to Ballet and Tap class's' each week. She especially loves the Recital part of it. She asks me all the time "Mommy am I going to dance on the Big Stage today?". When she says this she is talking about performing in Recital. She loves to dress up and do all the girly girl things, not that she doesn't have her lets play in the dirt side. She can hold her own and loves to play with the boys too. On a side note she asks all the time about Josiah, Jacob, Bradley and Alexander. She asked the other day if she would be going to school with Josiah. The Dance this year was done to the song "I Enjoy Being a Girl" it was absolutely too cute. The applause and cheers when they were done seem to go on a forever, the smaller ones are always a big hit at the recitals. These are pictures from the last dance class, Recital Day and a Professional is on the left side of the Blog. She loves getting her picture taken too, can you tell....ha....ha. We love our little lady and are so very proud of her.

Playing Catch Up....

Hi Ya'll, well I am playing some serious catch up so please be patient with me (as if you have had a choice). It has been a wirl wind of a summer and fall is upon us already. We are preparing for Kindergarden, Paiyton is very excited. She had her Meet and Greet tonight and saw her class room. She said to me yesterday "Mom you have to take me to school and leave me there", I think she knows I am struggling with my first baby going to school. But I am also very excited for her too. I have lots to post about and TONS of pictures too. I have been reading everyones blogs and commenting when I can, but know I am reading them and they all look great!
